If you are disappointed for any reason, or find your product to be damaged, we will gladly replace it or provide you with a credit. To receive your replacement product or credit, you must contact us within 30 days of your purchase.
If a product does not meet your expectations, we will provide you a refund for the same dollar amount of your purchase after you return the product to us. When we receive your returned product, you will be given a full refund of your purchase price. This can be provided to you either as a credit on your credit card, or as a store credit into your account, whichever you prefer. If your product was damaged during shipping, a photo is required to receive a full refund. Please email us a photo of the damaged or broken product inside the shipping box in which you received it. Once we receive your photo of the damaged or broken product, we will ship a replacement to you immediately. Products are usually shipped the same day or the following day after an order is placed; however, orders may take an additional two to three days before shipping.
