If you are disappointed for any reason, or find your product to be damaged, we will gladly replace it or provide you with a credit. To receive your replacement product or credit, you must contact us within 30 days of your purchase.
If a product does not meet your expectations, we will provide you a refund for the same dollar amount of your purchase after you return the product to us. When we receive your returned product, you will be given a full refund of your purchase price. This can be provided to you either as a credit on your credit card, or as a store credit into your account, whichever you prefer. If your product was damaged during shipping, a photo is required to receive a full refund. Please email us a photo of the damaged or broken product inside the shipping box in which you received it. Once we receive your photo of the damaged or broken product, we will ship a replacement to you immediately. To begin the process, please email email@example.com and include your 1) order number, 2) photo of the damaged product, and 3) an explanation of the damage. We will then ship the replacement product to you.
Products are usually shipped the same day or the following day after an order is placed; however, orders may take an additional two to three days before shipping. Orders are only processed and shipped 9am-5pm Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays. A tracking number will be provided once products are shipped. An additional two to three business days may be required for delivery to Alaska or Hawaii.
We offer free shipping on purchases of $50 and over, not including tax. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout. For all orders, we charge a standard handling fee of $4.50 which is applied at checkout.
